Your information will not be provided to any third-party organizations and will be solely used for Town of Taber events. The Recreation Department will contact you prior to each event you submit your name for to confirm availability/ interest prior to the event.

The personal information on this form is being collected for the purpose of determining eligibility of an applicant to serve as a volunteer member of an event activity for the municipality of the Town of Taber. The information is collected under the authority of section 33 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  Under section 33 of the FOIPP Act, the Town of Taber reserves the right to collect information that relates directly to and is necessary for an operating program or activity of the public body.

By providing your signature, you are hereby authorizing a representative of the Town of Taber to contact you for volunteering for the events you have indicated.

All volunteers under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please note that we ask for you to submit a paper form with a signature so we can verify the consent of the guardian. To receive a copy of the paper form, please contact our Recreation Department at recreation@taber.ca.
